oh my!!! i realise i have not been blogging for more than a month... and actually all this while quite alot of thigns had happen... nothing much bad things... are more of those good thing...

probably have a summary of all...

okie... let's rewind.... concert was great! and actually somehow or rather manage to breakeven the cost for the concert.. so is a good thing though :) concert actually had been given a lot of positive comments and is good to have... sponsors and organisation actually impressed with the performance... hope this would raise the standards and the popularity of the band...

my best friend serena birthday also was over... and we had a sumptious dinner and movie... it was great meeting up old friends... seriously alot to catch up... and probably would have to find time to catch up again... :)

other than that... still have few other friends also have birthday on the month of may... so is a month of busy birthday month for me.. haha!!!

okie... watch some few movies... nothing much though.. really didn't get to come back to blog.. i shall try my best to continue blogging loh...

hmmm exam is over... my second year is over.. waiting for my results... sigh.. hopefully i could clear and dun have to repeat the course again le... is tough.. and really dun wan to retake again le...

so work has been great!!! had been enjoying my work.. and today is my 6 months confirmation... hehe... and finally i'm being confirmed for a job already!!! and after this month... i would be fully trained loh.... haev to answer all enquiries.. so far work is good! i hope it would be better... and flying up high!!!

going for a short holiday at KL... relax abit then continue to strike on workign hard! haver better performance in work! :)

okie... then feb... suppose to have ICT.. happy that i actually manage to deferred for work commitment... then attend my work training... in addition to that... my school started already... argh... assignment is piling... and deadlines to meet... is so stress... can't imagine how would i be able to survive.... omg...

okie.. so actually played games with friends lah... so kind of screw though.. hehe... okok... got to go shop for my cny clothes already... this sat is new year.. and i haven't bought my clothes... omg.... so after work have to go buy... and is TGID!!! aahahha

Yes.. today is my day... my birthday actually... yup... is me turning 25 years old today... and growing kind of older this year... in anyway... i'm wishing myself a good year ahead.. and may myself be happier each day....

work is as usual today... nothing much... got a surprised birthday cake from my colleague.. is extremely sweet and nice of them... and is an ice cream cake!! haha... love it all...

would like to take such opportunity to give my thanks to all my friends who had given me the best wishes on my birthday... and seriously.. i'm happy! thrill of having such many wishes and really really.. is more than words that can express how i feel... is one of the best birthday i felt after so long... though i didn't spend my time out on my birthday... but staying at home wasn't that bad after all...

yup.. just a few more hours is my birthday.. my 25th birthday actually... and seriously i don't really have any plans though... planning to just go by my birthday tomorrow...

so far i am really grateful to my friends... got my birthday treats last week with presents as well... i'm really surprise since i have not met them for like a year... it was a good gathering.. and i was really happy... greetings really came along the way... messages and fb.... more gifts were received as well...

i didn't expect so much this year... not even thinking of having greetings that early... i do feel sense of happiness and knowing that i'm not alone... at least to a certain point that i'm still being remembered...

will be a normal day for me tomorrow... going to work... and will be heading home there after... no plans though... so just wanna be home and rest.. kind of moody... moody not because of sadness... just wanna be better this year... hope that the rest of the months will be a good month for me... i'm really looking forward for a better day tomorrow...

time to update myself

yes... as titled... have not been updating much for quite sometimes already... shall summarise myself...

anyway... currently work is good... had been attending trainings... as well as started to be operationally doing my work... had handled quite a number of cases which are quite interesting.. yes... work is one thing that i have been looking forward to go... and colleagues are excellent... thanks for the blessing to have such a nice environment... is always been given me such nice working environment since i started working...

so yup... other than that.. photoshooting is my weekly thing now... will make much effort to go photoshooting... no matter where is it... at least to go shooting will be much fulfilling when achieving what i hope to capture...

met up with friends along the way... and had been extremely thrill when i was surprised with presents and treats... didn't realised that such long time not meeting my this group of friends.. they still remember my birthday... is so happy and really glad....

performance at AI was over... it was indeed a good concert.. with very well repertoire being performed showing the work done by local composer indeed... we still have excellent talents that are still hidden... especially when i get the chance to play the syf set pieces which really sounded very good... is a memorable performance that i will remember.... with great players playing together... i really hope alumni could grow as well... this is one last thing that i hope to bring the alumni up... struggling... but i'm not giving up... i'm going to push on further... nevertheless... i really hope one day alumni can be operationally ready for performance anytime...

so far so... school gonna start very soon... text book collection tomorrow.. and also photoshooting moulmein band at vch... it should be fun shooting concert setting... sure could capture nice human and also it would be great experience for me too...

anyway... so far... i'm really happy.. glad... and really nothing more than words can express how i feel... is kind of relax and feeling damn good... financially stable at the moment already... it really drop the stones that had been carrying with me for so long... it shall be release and would be looking forward to even have a better life near future...

thank you for everything that i gotten so far... i have never imagine for so long already...

First of all... Happy New Year!!!! a year had just past so fast!!! is really just like yesterday... everything this year.. is brand brand new... anyway... yup... just some back dated updates of myself...

okie... final week at work... extremely busy... in addition to that short of manpower... sigh... so kind of screw though... with short lunch break.. dun really have much time to mingle with colleagues on my final week at work... kind of disappointed... somemore last day of work... one of my colleague was not even turning up for working.. seriously... i feel that he have the problem with responsibility... anyway... is already over... and somemore is just a colleague to me... nothing more for me to comment... anyway.... i really miss my superior... hopefully got chance to be back to work as a team...

is just a short 3 months working with the team... but is already enough for me to feel so deeply with the team... i really felt kind of "yi yi bu she" when leaving..... really really hope to be back to work with them soon...

so here. would like to show my gratitude to the fun loving colleagues... siew mun, winson, nana, sally, aini, terence, sara(superior), jenny, linda, karen, serena, lenin, patrick, hazel, veronica, farizah, delores....

thank you very much!!! seriously... i have learnt so much.. and appreciate the job... and i will continue to work hard.. any will not disappoint what you have taught me... LOVE YOU GUYS!!! :)

so far in regards to work...

okie... friday after work... went to marina barrage for firework shooting... 2nd attempt... though not really crowded... but is a failed attempt once again... my firework block by IR building which is like what the F***!!!!! so kind of sian half... so can't even bother to do any composition and working on the shots there after... just snap and snap... like point and shoot like that... LOL!!!

really wan to find a good location to park myself there.. take a perfect shot.. and wala!!!! that's it.. as simple as that though... sigh... anyway.. is a new year... so i'm looking forward...

my resolution for 2010...
1. first and foremost.. i wanna go debt free... which means... i will be saving up and clear whatever debts i'm still have...
2. clear my exam for this year.... without the need of repeating my papers...
3. get stable down with life...
4. improve my photography skill... and hope to be recognise somehow...
5. I hope to bring up alumni band... and 1 may 2010 concert to be a successful one
6. slim down.. get in the perfect shape...

yup... this is it... this is what i wan to change for my year 2010... and i really hope that i can stick to it... guess everyone is wondering... "you sure or not!!"

i will do my best... and not try... let's see... :)

finally... performance is over... is extremely tired week for me... let me rewind back...

okie... nothing much on the weekday... tue and thurs as usual... went to khatib camp for ipt... wed went for interview.... and hope next week got call from HR to confirm the job... keeping my finger cross... and friday... 1pm my result release... i'm so glad that i manage to clear my exam... sweatz!!! at least i'm happy that i dun have to repeat any module on the next semester...

so friday night got band rehearsal before the performance.. really kind of exhausted already... rush here and there.. making sure that everything is okie... so rehearsal did went okie... though not everyone turns up... can't really blame anyone though... kind of last min informing them... nevertherless.. really thankful for those who make it on the friday rehearsal.... thereafter... went to marina barrage for photoshooting... sigh... just manage to capture some since rain started to pour.. you can see my shots @ www.flickr.com/raysonyong

sat working in the morning... so there after went down to school to prepare the instruments to bring for the performance... and disaster thing happen... the shutter that access to band room was lock... and there was electric shut down in the school where no way the shutter could be able to bring up... i was totally stress... and calling so many people to find help and solution... drag and drag... luckily we manage to go in to grab our stuff... rush down to verge... and start the performance... considering one rehearsal...can't really expect that much though... but eventually was okie... not fantastic...

both days of performance was okie... today better... at least nothing much happen... really so tired already... i'm drained.... with so many things happen for this performance... i had a problem last night.. as i felt that im' short of breath... nearly feel like fainting... so scary... didn't slept well and dun even have any mood to go anywhere.. just hope to sleep and get well soon...

working tomoorrow as usual... trying to be better.. will be drinking alot of water... no appetite to eat anything.. just had a meal today... yup... that's all for now... going to sleep soon already....

another week had just over

yup... another week just over... and going to start a brand new one ahead... anyway... had been quite tired recently... dun know much of the reason why...

hmmm first of all.. work had been fine... really enjoying it... already work for 3 months.... always seems to be a brand new day with lots of things to learn.. yup...

as usual... went of IPT on tue and thurs... so kind of tired everytime after the exercise... really got to keep fit already.. sigh... tummy is growing like hell!!! so the rest of the days are just go home.. surf the net, reading on photography... looking at photos... watching youtube... googling info... then sleep... nothing much basically..

then sat... noon no band... cos key kind of missing... and still finding which i'm quite worried already... cos the public performance is next week.. argh!!! stress like hell... and hopefully everything is fine.. hope to hear that the key is found... or at least a backup key can be use... at least to have one final rehearsal just a day before the performance... thereafter went to AI for prac... prac was okie... kind of difficult for me... so was struggling down there... and of course... worried a little as well in intonation and pitching... was like out of tune all the time.. and having pros sitting on both sides... i got even more nervous though...

went back home there after... this morning.. woke up at 5am... went to sembawang park with my dad, mum and sis... is kind of sweet.. having an early gathering... went over to have some nice air... while i did my photoshooting on sunrise... kind of disappointed though... too much cloud already... end up when the sun is seen... is already too glaring and unable to capture the sun... sad :(

so went for breakfast at jalan kayu.. then head home... sleep... so tired!!! woke up around noon... do some touch up and only like 3 photos still can make it. though i know the composition of my photos kind of sucks! but anyway.. will do better the next round...

so.. still feeling sleepy.. nap again till around 4.30... shower and went out for joe and jean wedding... at first i was like a little hesitated to attend since i'm a little moody due to insufficient rest... but promised to go.. so just went out... reached there early.. went Times to look at photography magazine and bought one... is interesting to read.. and lots of tips in composition... i will try to apply and hope better shots can be taken as well... thereafter went for the wedding dinner... i felt kind of out of place... cos majority of the people there i dun even know... the person i know is joe and jean.. plus just another 4 other friend of mine.. so was feeling a little uncomfortable... ya loh... so abit mood swing also... wanting to leave the place asap... but is not very nice as well.. so seated till the event is over... but i saw the photoshoot that they hired... shooting the afternoon.. kind of like the way that person portray the composition... have that impact to the image... so got to see something new... and of course having those wonderful slr... which i desire as well.. hehe...

anyway... just some little updates of me... next week will continue my life journey... seriously i hope soon i can already be able to shoot great images... sharing it with the world... and my new motto... "Sharing the beauties in our world, with the little eyes of mine" hehe... sound so profound... :P

ya... as titled says... i'm tired... last week was a busy week for me... suppose to go for storm warriors on monday... but got to stay at home... so didn't go and watch the show... thereafter... wed night.. went to vivocity... 3rd anniversary... with fireworks.. and such a disppointment that i'm standing infront of a coconut tree... and all my shots are with the tree.. sigh.... nevertheless... still manage to capture some nice one though.... thurs IPT... went back to camp... seriously i'm like out of my mind... volunteered to go back camp do exercise... anyway.. i think is okie... is good for me.... fri... went back to nyp... main band having concert... suppose to help up with ticketing... realise student union is doing a great job... so we are like standing there posing... i guess.. haha.... anyway.. thanks for elsie, su anne and eileen for turning up and help.. though there isn't much help all in all... went home got changed and went out to orchard to take street photography... nothing much... another disappointment again... the xmas deco is too clustered together... is so hard to capture a nice christmas scene at orchard... went home around 3 + am... and have to work the next day... super duper shack alreaddy!!! so work... and went for prac at nyp... so bad of me didnt' turn up for AI prac after that as i'm feeling so unwell and decided to head home for rest... sun went to labrador park with family... another disappointment... sigh... raining!!! can't capture sunset image.... so end up doing some family shots here and there... so far this is the whole week of last week..

this week nothing much though.. just work... and ipt... just getting excited that my friend invited me over to her friends studio to try out some studio shot.. can't wait to go... really had been doing my homework on how to take good portrait shots... hope i can make it.. hehe...

seriously... i really want to improve further... seeing great images really excite me... in addition to that... it really tells so much story just a picture itself... this is what i wish to achieve as well... hope i can make it! wish me luck... :)

Some places i went to for my photoshoot

after having my D90, had been travelling around town to find some places for me to learn and take different kind of pictures... with the humble lens that i have, i have to make do and find the best position and ways to bring out the content of the images... after taking for these few days... and looking at professional photographers... i realised i'm still far from what they had composite their images... is BRILLIANT!! i really have to learn alot and see more pictures...

Henderson Waves... Located just along Henderson Road, went there to take the bridge which is uniquely in waves form... and took some pictures when i was there... quite happy though...

BornFire 2009... It was held at Dhoby Ghaut Green, just opened not too long ago.. i think was around mid oct... a nice small little park at the busy area of town.. where there were performer from US, England, Japan, Singapore etc etc... is very nice... and together with the music and fire... it really heat up the atmosphere... was a good take! hope to have more chances...

Another week of work

shack shack!!! haha... had been sleeping late... okie... let me just have a summary of what i did last week... work as per normal + assignment due date which is making me super crazy at that point of time... thereafter, met up with exco for meeting regarding concerts planning for next year annual concert... more or less had been decided... yup... then head home and online awhile before sleep... okie... saturday as usual... work.. band + band... thanks hafiz for sending me at least to chongpang and from there i go home is easier... if not i will be reaching home around 11.30pm... and.. finally i can really play my games a little.. though didn't last too late as i'm already quite gone at that point... so slept thereafter...

sunday seriously nothing much, at home whole day slack and rest... dun even have that mood to go anywhere as i'm really mentally and physically shack... lol!!! but then prac is really hovering over me... argh....~~~

okie... back to work the next day... which is this week i think... busy busy~~~ somemore got headache last 2 days probably due to lack of rest... somemore yesterday still got cc meeting to attend which like ends at 10+pm... sigh... thought of sleeping super early... but end up... i slept at 2am... LOL!!! seriously... doing blogging secretly at office here... if kana caught i'm dead...

nothing much now... work, band, study, games... tat's what my life had been all about... no surprise... no refresh... no excitement.... is stagnant.... now.....

yes... i have started working already... and is already close to a month that i have worked... so far so good, having a good environment, near my house just a transport away. there isn't much that i can complain with such good location, though pay a little low, but what to do... debts debts and more debts to clear... i have to work in order to clear all those debts if not i'm going to swirl into bigger and deeper... ya....

studies had been stressing me out... seriously, i'm a little over stretched by school work as there are piling more and more assignment and quizes which i have to spend the night doing, in addition to that... dun forget that i still have to attend classes in the evening after work... i'm so tired... i have never really felt so much restless for so long already... ya...

lifes really just go by everyday like that... work, study, once in awhile play game... then sat band... so that's about wat my life is all about... nothing fun... somemore with the pathetic pay that i'm drawing.. i'm just able to cover debts and nothing left... currently asking my friend whether his place need people to work... if have.. i will work double job... office hours job and nite job altogether just to earn that little more for myself...

just bills... is already killing me... and please... stop asking me to find anyone or already being with anyone.. i have no mood and intention to find any partner at this moment in time.. i dun have that commitment at all... and also i would not be able to support and even pay that extra more when going out.. so... i dun wish to get into any relationship at this point.... i am enjoying my singlehood.. i wan to be that way...

now.. myself is wat i care for... i dun even want to bother anything else other than myself... sorry to be that selfish... but i think i can't even survive... i have nothing to help other people... yup

okie... soon to lunch soon... going for mac... and am really so hungry... got to eat a little more...

finally started working.. and getting back to working life... ain't that easy since i have slcking for so long... but after all... i had been enjoying work! great... wat a week... is a blessed of having nice colleagues and superior... which really is a blessed... so far i have nice bosses which is not easy to really get one... so i really appreciate it...

is a whole lot of satisfaction to work now.. probably because is customer service.. which i can see alot of ppl... wow!!!

yup yup... though tired... class and RT... but still all have to come... no choice... less time to really play and enjoy....

so ya... and one last thing... will like to apologise to my friend Andy, hope he going to be fine with me... cos dun wanna lose a friend... so... hope he will text me or call me up... :)

seriously, i have not been updated my blog for freaking long already... but who cares right? i think not one would even bother whether i have actually update my blog... but... i will still update my blog...

yup here it goes... band started.. and preparing for concert next year alot of work need to be done... chairing the concert once more... but should be more experience with concert setups since i was a chair for the last one... this time round, actually can await with more exciting pieces... more drama and very highlighting one...

next is my study.. first term of the study soon be over.. and will be starting the new term very soon... and ya... school work had been killing me... and really damn difficult and hard.. i dun know whether i can still survive through... hope i can... seriously... ya

so continue with my games... dragonica... seriously got so addicted with it.. and is fun... the graphic not too bad.. the gameplay... hmm.. for my opinion quite okie.. probably some bugs here and there... but wat games doesn't have bugs... so i think is quite okie...

had not been going for movie le... seriously i miss the cinema... going to watch FD... my all time favourite FD series... shall not miss this one as well...

okie!... time for some update... what took me so long to do another update is not because i'm too busy to be here to write something... is that... i have NOTHING to write!!! haha... yup...

hmmm... so where should i start... let me think... okie... rewind rewind back to last week maybe...

okie... last week the only thing that i did really was to teach... and that's all... after teaching basically went home... no where to go as well... so just stayed at home... rot! basically... ya.... so there after... think i did played mj last friday if i didn't remember wrongly... then thereafter go school for band... yup... nothing much to talk about band as well...

attendance was bad... and many ppl drop me message say they are sick... so wat can i do?? somemore percussion ensemble got performance... no instruments for percussionist... so wat can i do again?? then after that... xaven came around 4.30pm... cos took medicine and fall asleep... but i didn't blame him at all... cos i'm already grateful that he willing to take the alumni... somemore he still came though his sick... so i'm quite glad afterall... in addition... one of my flautist got into accident... and can't perform anymore...

so so so many things happen... one after another.... seriously... i'm feeling damn exhausted... seriously i dun know how much longer can i sustain myself... watever it is... i will just try my best...

thereafter... proceed on to AI for rehearsal as well.. so finish prac and went home... did something wrong and kana shoot... which i shall not say anything about it... so just blame myself for being so naive... and stupid... yup...

okie.. sunday at home...

then... comes to this week...

Yes... had not been updating my blog cos watching this Korean Drama : Beethoven Virus...

basically is a story about the life of these 3 persons... 3 different personalities... and about an Orchestra... seriously... after watching the show... it did touch me deeply... i can really feel that enthusiastic and passion for the love of music... and wanted to show the audiences that no matter what backgraound each and individual were from... they still comes together...

for what we call "PASSION" and yes! this is what very important for whoever who are in the band, in a team or watever you do... you must have that passion and love for that particular thing that you want to do...

for me... my passion and interest is for band... and for the alumni band... and i'm giving all my life now to the band... for what i want is... to see that NYP Alumni Winds can breakthrough our shell... show the world... if not... the national that what the alumni of NYP are made of... though i know we are not professional... so wat!!!

seriously watching over that show... really push me further to get the band even higher... but of course... nothing is possible with just me alone... i need team player... i need commitment level... i need your participation... and of course... PASSION!!!

sometimes wondering what does really love means... and does love exist??? i'm a little curious... and wish there will be certain answer which can clear my thoughts...

i realise how much effort that i had put in and want to make things right... but never find that is right... am i really that lousy??? asking myself... is it loving someone is that difficult... and am i fated to be alone... am i doing not good enough??? or am i really not suitable to be loved.... is not my job... is not my cup of tea....

i always wanted someone who can care for me love me... wan me to be with... realise that i am not good enough... never good enough...

what a great band prac today!

before describing more on what happen in band prac... i had done my final paper on friday... managerial accounting... and took me 50 mins... to finish... the paper was 2 hr... and just simply finish and left.. yup...

and reach school at around 11.30am... feeling exhausted and sleepy... came to school to help up with the library.. trying to settle the library system.... so thanks for swee teng, eileen, zi sheng for coming to help... we did manage to clear quite a number of scores... though there are still some that are not done... next week let's finsh all!!! by the way... not to forget fahmi who did help a little for the lib scores :)

today attendance is the best among the last few practise... 45 ppl turn up for the prac... i'm extremely delighted and glad that many of them did make this extraordinary effort to come down for the prac... and in addition, most of you came on time!

so start off with a little warm up... didn't join in the warm up as was taking my lunch outside band room... since we try our best to arrange the score to the very last min.... so there after break out into sectionals... i did my part in my self sectional, familiarise and did actually manage to play... hehe...

there after... roam around to different section, see how are they doing... and saw that they are seriously working on the parts and make it right...

so around 4.45pm... everyone came back... and we begin our full band rehearsal... to my surprise... the band 1 hour ago and after... is like totally 2 different band!!! seriously... was a little touch.... and sectionals did paid off the hardwork that everyone had spent....

thank you so much... so today drag a little longer... finish prac at around 6.15pm... then thereafter had dinner with andy zisheng sasa meiting yihui at cnai restaurant @ east coast... and by the time we reach AI was like 8.45le... which was like... LATE!!!

then only played one last piece... and end of prac... think next week would not be going for dinner... or else will be late again...

yup yup... that's about it... tomorrow going to watch saf band @ botanic garden... enjoy a little at the garden listening to some nice movie theme song!!! yeah....

this week nothing much... study for my first paper on the weekday and friday was my paper... marketing... quite okie... keeping my finger cross... hopefully can pass... and thereafter went over to kellys place for mj... haha...

okie won 17.50 bucks... and play till morning loh.. then slept at her place... then after that from there go to nyp for band prac... this week prac attendance was no good.. sob... hope coming sat will be better.... yup
then go over to ai... lucky ai prac madeup my day... so okie loh... then went home after that...

today read through my law book... then though is open book... didn't really do much... dun know how... tomorrow is my paper le... abit worried... hopefully the paper is not too difficult... hopefully loh... but open book... sure not easy de loh.. sian!!!

hai... after that friday last paper... managerial accounting.. haven't even started my revision... so have to mug for the next 3 days... and finish my final paper... that's all for the week... gtg...

okie... as you can see... ya... i highlighted my hair... and is blonde white... yesterday was doing my study... then dun know why suddenly feel like doing my hair... and decided to visit to my hairstylist and told him that i want to highlight my hair... so here it goes...

he asked me wat color i want and i told him anything... so this is the end result... at first i was shock cos i had never done such daring color before... is blonde white... somemore he say will wash till even whiter.. okie... yup... then after that give a small little treat to my friend serena... as her birthday was yesterday.. hope she had enjoyed the dinner...

finally finish writing my notes for marketing... and now have to start my law notes... so ya... somemore law open book hor... must make as much notes as possible... since can see... so why note make it more comprehensive... then won't waste time find the answer...

okie... went to friends place for mj... and ya... super duper shag.... from around 9pm to 7am... and is super long game... enjoyed very much... then went back sleep... nothing much... woke up had dinner then finish the rest of my marketing notes writing...

sleep... today... sunday... went out at 9.45am.. met up with ah sa and ah juan... went breakfast at toastbox... to our surprise... (me and ah sa), ah juan came with jun hong... oh.. they met at the train... so the 4 of us had breakfast together... nice!!! thereafter he went off to sws.... then the 3 of us headed to partyworld at civic centre... didn't really sing seems i'm having sore throat and cough.. mainly were the 2 ladies doing the singing... yup... finish at 2... then went over to cwp for a short little while and goodbye to them as i'm heading off to meet my other friend....

walk over to suntec... realise that the muji sales like nothing to buy... so nothing much... went to marina muji... and didn't get to see the thing i want... thought because here nothing much... therefore decided to go over to paragon muji... to our regret... it's worst!!! the one that i wanted to buy marina muji have... but paragon one... nothing at all!!! gosh... okie... doesn't matter...

parted with my friend and went over to sembawang yatch club for dinner with family... food soso... nothing fantastic... somemore so ulu... i have to take a cab in... okie lah... dinner loh.. so doesn't matter...

so after so much i had said... doesn't seems like i'm in the exam mode.. haha... ya lah ya lah... finish this last sentence and here i go for my revision for law... once again.... wish me luck!!!! waha!

ya... this week no alumni band and was quite bored... so friday was labour day... the day before had mj till around morning.. didn't win... sad... thereafter slept through the day till evening then went to tamp one shop shop... so many ppl... and the walk way is so cramp... seriously i dun really like that shopping centre... dun think i will be going there anytime soon... or won't think i will be going there if unneccessary... yup...

thereafter watch friday the 13th at E! hub... at 12am like that... so still early... went to arcade play game a little... then finally show starts.... finish around almost 2am... super shag loh... seriously... then took a cab back home to sleep...

woke up 8am on sat... dressed and go for revision class at SIM... the revision class didn't really find it so useful... not much of tips for exam as well... hai... nevertheless... still have to go... then after that took 74 to AMK... was so tired that i fell asleep in bus... and overshot the busstop... yup... then headed to NYP...

to my surprised... there are around 100+ year 1 joined the band... yup... talk to them a little... and do hope that all this ppl will stay in the band loh...

ya... this few weeks had been working very hard... ya... working very hard for the alumni band... and was really cracking my brain on all possibilities to help bring up the band... and was talking to meiting... and she was like saying i'm like working full time for the band... ya.. quite indeed... trying to coordinate and make plans for the alumni...

new committee is formed... and i really hope that the new committee will make things work out... and to really raise the standards of the alumni... band attendance is gradually getting on the path... attendance is more stable at the moment... therefore we are able to make more plans for the alumni to carry on their passion...

ya.. doing all this for free out of my time... dun really need their gratitute towards me.... but more of towards the band... get committed and also to get more into us... making more plans to allow the alumni to get more expose so that you will be acknowledge when times come...

friday will be meeting the new committee ppl... so will be discussing more with the rest about the upcoming... i really really want to have your full support and give me your commitment... we can DO IT!!! let's work together pals!!!

was surfing the net... then went to look at sasa blog... then i realise that she had quietly been taking for granted by someone... which i'm quite disappointed with that person as well... seriously his responsibility and attitute had been from bad to worst... which i feel that something is so wrong... and i think we are all friends... there are still certain extend of respect between one another... at least a simple thank you... it would be nice.... human are like that... we dun really expect much... at least show some respect for one another...

is okie to get pissed at times... but when things cool down...at least apologise or wat... it would be nice as well...

i really hope that the committee now can work together... i know this is volunteer... and is out of your daily life... but everything will be fine when you uphold your position... fulfill the job allocated... and finish at the time given... then the band can really start to move...

i have high hope for the band... and i hope my optimistic and enthusiam will move you.... very old school kind of saying... one band. one sound... one team... we are one... and we should not be making different from anyone... as long as one of the thing not done... everyone will collaspe together...

dun know why this week have not been doing every fine... just feeling so wrong with whatever things i'm doing... had been staying at home... other than teaching... have no directions have no goal... have nothing at all... my mind is blank... feel so dead...

firstly woke up on monday... and my head is spinning... and i'm really feel not okie... and there after... went to teach... and my student is making me so frustrated!!! i guess i'm just too stupid that's all... can't even convey the knowledge to my student... and myself making a fuss over it... went home there after play facebook... and watch tv... slept around 2 3am...

again.. woke up the next day... had my lunch started burning the cd package... just doing that for the whole afternoon... and went for cc meeting in the evening... during the cc meeting was trying to look through the account for the concert... and just trying to explain... and was being said that i dun even know what am talking... i felt so stupid at that point... and was infront of the rest of the members in the meeting... at the end i just followed what i was suppose to do and the do it... i felt so sad... sorry for my stupidity... i know i'm just nothing... saying that it just makes me felt so useless... dun even want to say anything there after... met up with trisa and discuss on the account and finally got everything right... thanks trisa... at least you clear my doubts and explain to me patiently... i know i'm dumb... and slow... sorry for taking up your time when is already that late... so didn't want to trouble her to fetch me back... i just took a cab home thereafter...

today had been staying at home to do my assignment... and yup... finally i finished!!! and is suppose to submit my next week... but finish early is good also... at least any changes still have time to do so...

while doing my assignment... i carry on burning the concert package... again... preparing 20 sets... and hopefully this sat will clear it all... i'm so irritated with the cds... bought verbatim yesterday which cost me 27 bucks... and you know what... it can't burn... and therefore i have wasted that money and have to go buy back sony de.... seriously wasted man!!! i'm so regret... and now i'm telling myself that i shall stick to sony cds for the lifetime le... won't want to change any other thing...

going to shower and soon heading over for meeting at YEC... gonna settle the bills with them as the concert hall bill had been dued for one month... and nothing had been done yet... hai... so i'm going to tell them and make everything clear...

today finally confirm with Han about the alumni participation... and yeah!!! we are performing... though just 2 songs... but surely we can do well in the concert and show the best of the alumni!!! next is the genting competition... yup is out.... so have to gambatte and see whether how many of them are going for the competition...

band was good!!! attendance was better than last week and able to sight read a few more challenging pieces... hopefully that continuously the attendance can be like that or even more... and to prepare for the coming concert... though waiting for Han to get back to me on the detail...

thereafter went home to do my assignment till around 10 + then went over to my friend's place to play mahjong...

win $80 bucks!!! haha... super damn shack... from 11+ till morening 7+ then went home to sleep for the whole day...

Singapore Youth Festival 2009

went to watch the final day of the competition... SYF 2009 central judging... reach SCH at 8am in the morning to maange to get the tickets to enter the hall and watch the competition.... my secondary school fuchun... will be the first band to compete on that day...

feeling excited and worried about their performance cos my school had been getting bronze since 1999... so is kind of sucks! to have bronze through the years... when other school in woodlands are getting even better result than us... shucks!

okie... to start off... heard their set and choice piece overture no1 and alvamar overture... they only deserve a bronze medal as most of the things needed in the piece was not there... and really felt quite disappointed that the standard within the band had drop drastically... on the other hand there are so many other band improving which really surprised me.. the pieces they chose for the choice piece was very musical not like what my time was... very few can hear persis... noak arks... alvamar overture.. etc etc... now are more on orchestra transcript to wind band... so is really realy so different...

so after listening to the morning session of the competition... there was some moments that some of the band really manage to make that impact but some weren't able to...

so when results was out...
fuchun - Bronze (i'm not very surprise... just worried that they might drop to COP that's all... at least a maintaning of bronze is better than nothing... if they really want to improve... the first thing is to improve the way they look at the music and the passion to it... )
Bartley - Bronze
Pei Cai - Bronze (the smallest band for the day with only 22 or 23 members, all in all the band sounded quite okie just that is a little too small to make that impact on the piece)
River Valley - Silver (drop to a silver... many will be shock to what had happen?? the band seriously had that strong impact...)
Chong Boon - Silver (First time listen to them... not too bad in terms of performance... they really did played quite well for the competition) good job!
Yishun Town - Silver (also not bad... band was quite big as well)
Chung Cheng Main - Silver (their band were very very loud compared to the previous band... though the band size was reasonable... very strong high winds...)
Bedok South - Bronze (was quite surprise with them getting a bronze... they really did play well but.. you know lah.. i'm not expert... so my judgement may not be correct)
Hillgrove - Bronze
Maris Stella High School - GOLD!!! (Indeed... the interpretation of the set and choice piece were excellent... and you can really feel that they had hit the piece with movement and feel... indeed a gold for them... bravo!!!)

so after finish the first half... went lunch with xaven and just talk about the future alumni plans and stuff... so nothing much carry on my day to teach and go home... that's all...

wow wow wow!!! now then i realise that i had not been updating my blog1!!! okie... updates now... okie... getting better... no flu a little cough on and off... so okie i'm quite fine now... yup...

school okie... exam coming very soon... and i'm teaching tuition and busy with the kids... haha... ya... now i'm doing this to get $$$... i'm really super poor liao seriously... okie... this is all...

next will be... band resume!!! i'm super duper glad to see that the attendance was fairly okie... though just 23 ppl... but it was a good turnout... and i wish to see that the band will grow each week.... and work towards our goal for the band... played some sight reading piece and was quite enjoy with it....

then follow by AI prac... wow... AI had so many ppl attend... not bad.. and the band really sound quite good wor... played gloriosa... nice!!! hope that alumni can try also... hehe... then went supper with AI ppl at simpang bedok and with andy sending me home... thanks alot!!! bro... haha...

sunday early morning went to malaysia to cementary... then head down to jusco... shop around a little then bought the book that i had been wanting!!!! "the rules of love" by richard templar... i tell you... the book is real good!!! and is very very true.... and i really hope that friends' of mine... do take a look at that book at the bookstore... and i tell you,... you really can learn something there... ya....

so had dinner at heeren and here i am home... next week will be a busy week alot of things to do... so have to jia you jia you.... no much time... so will update possible if i can... :)

oh gosh!!! i'm really really feeling sick liao... think i had not really get enough sleep ba...

weekends of great... though having some illness... fri had class then went home... thereafter the next day which is sat met up with one of my friend for high tea... talk talk talk... then went town alone to collect some stuff....

thereafter went to my friend's place for mj session... lost $2 though... wahaha... okie.. slept over at my friends place since i'm too tired to go home and somemore waste cab fare so might as well.. ya..

then woke up around noon then went lunch and there after went ktv at chinatown!!! till around 8pm then went dinner and go tea house for tea... thereafter went home...supershag!!! wahaha

and today woke up early went to army market to see tentages... and realise that most of the shops are closed!!! came on the wrong day... hai... nvmind.. so didn't manage to buy anything since stocks was not available.. still have some times went to carrefour to see and realise they are selling cheaper than army market!!! i'm surprised.!! but still never bought anything haha.. cos wan to go and see see at army market again loh...

went teaching thereafter... i'm i really gonna vormit blood loh!! i think i'm a bad teacher ba... she can't understand anything... am i speaking alien language?? gosh!!! pls help me man!!!

didn't went for class today as i'm really really super sleepy.. i sleep through out the train ride everywhere i go... really can faint anytime... haha... finally today at home le... can really catch some sleep and no need to wake up early tomorrow!!! yeah..

friday went to watch movie with friends... then after that the next day go shop around at town area... before heading off to AI for prac... AI prac was good... they have loree oboe as well.. .and seriously the oboe is better than the one in NYP.. the sound is better and is smoother to play... probably will go down frequently so that i can use the oboe there le...

thereafter went to cnai hk restuarant for supper... with andy, wenjing, zi sheng, thomas, and some other AI players... the conductor is clerance... think i spell correctly.. think not bad his conducting... then thanks for him dropping me off at dhoby ghuat to meet my friends for movie...

watched movie again... this time round watch "coming soon"... indeed... thai horror movie is still the best!!! damn cool loh... after movie is around 3+ liao... super shag!!! haha...

then headed home after that... nothing much... woke up and start to do my video presentation and ppt slide... and submitted to project le... so happy... finally one down.. and pls let me pass... dun wish to repeat law module le... seriously is making me so crazy!!! haha...

yes on my title... a second life of me... i open up a new blog address which write in all the other side of myself which will only be known to me... is a private blog... so yup... my usual stuff will still be in this blog...

the new blog will be a memories about me which i wish to keep it by myself...

saturday went for movie with friend... at downtown east e! hub... the hall was okie.. and since never been there might as welll go try out and see... yup... then went for dinner with excolleague in the evening...

there after celebrated a birthday for my friend under the blk... yup :) which was sunday.

sunday nothing much... went to watch Changing of Guards parade... interesting as i never watch before... so was quite an eye opener for me. thereafter rush to VCH watch SAJC concert band performing... their standard seriously not bad... for a Gold shouldn;t be any much problem...

so ya... that's about it over the weekend... and this week really have to work hard... cannot be lazy liao... assignment due coming!!! argh... jialat...

Yes... i have not been updating since the last one i have posted.. now shall do smome summarisation...

so will be going far far back... to... revamp of my room!!!! as you can... now look better and neater... wow... previously my room was in a mess! gosh... can't imagine how i stay i there... but nonetheless finally is neat... which is more important!

okie... now shall move one... YES!!! concert was a success and the band did pretty good... many good comments about the band... and many of them are looking forward to our next concert... which is a extremely good news for the band... yeah...

Effort had not been wasted... and which shall give to all the concert committee who had work extremely hard after working hours to prepare and make this concert a success... therefore.. to show my appreciation to them... below is the watch that i bought to everyone!!!

Concert on saturday indeed was a good one... laoshi even commented that the band was good... and also the conductors are happy with the performance as well.. so now the committee will have to come together and discuss further on the future plan for this alumni... and move forward to soar greater heights!!!!

The next day of concert... Sunday... Trisa send a sms to committee for a steamboat dinner cum post celebration... and everyone was very spontaneous just that andy was not feeling too good... so not all were there... Xaven... johnathon.. jie yuan join us after their moulmein practise...

So was a good day and fun... everyone squeeze into trisa van and laugh and talk like crazy.. haha!!! was so fun...

me so excited n sms everyone to go genting for a weekend trip... but i guess was too last min.. and number of them can't make it... so cannot loh... shall then make it another round...

I hope to see the alumni band can have more people coming and support the band... let's work together as one... and we for sure will make it!!! yeah!! jia you jia you alumni!!!!

Yes!!! finally my first ICT has complete! though think about it i was a little miss it... not because of the training and stuff but is able to see my army mates where we were serving our ns... everyone move on to the industry world.. and busy with their own life... the only chance to meet them normally will be ICT... so i was quite enjoy with the ICT...

okie... so now i will sum up with the ICT for the second week...

day 6 - book in the day before which was sunday night... before that had a session of mahjong with family members... haha... so ya... had a 5km route march... was quite okie... not really that stressneous i guess... able to still talk and joke while doing the route march... there after in the afternoon is packing of stores to prepare for field camp... and nothing much for the day... so in the evening went for my night class again...

day 7 - woke up early and doing final preparation and store check and there we head out for our field camp... so it took quite awhile before we reach the deployment site (which i can't say the location) hehe... then once arrived... all of us head down from the truck and start to deploy wat we are thought during our vocational training... so it took almost half the day to complete all the stuff... so during all this deployment... the trainer gave us on the spot training on how to react to enemy and stuff... so that day was very tiring... whole day of activity...
in the late night everyone is task to do their guarding of our site... so didn't mange to get much sleep though...

day 8 - morning had a briefing and started to pack up our stores and heading to the second location for another exercise... which is heli evac... evacuating casualty through helicopter.. and there was a real helicopter came.. it was so cool that you are so near watching every single movement... we did that for morning and night... so to understand and know the difficult that we might face... so it was a happy ending that we can head back to camp... yeah!!! 2 days of non showering really is a torture... and finally head to shower room and clean myself thoroughly...
didn't had much food during out field... so the group of us decided to order mac delivery and enjoy the food in the night.. haha

day 9 - packing of stores, returning of stores and cleaning of area... and nothing much though...

day 10 - finale!!! went back camp... and nothing to do for the whole morning.. basically sleeping in bunk... till around 1.30 pm... a short briefing and surveying... and able to leave by 3pm... yeah!
so the final day is really a waste of time... ya.. so that's the end of my ICT... haha

friday evening suppose to go for class but realise that my niece have alot of homework to complete so decided to stay home and help her... she is really hardworking and i want to help her as much as i can...

sat quintet in the morning and band in the afternoon... i'm really grateful that though is valentine's day.. but most of the ppl took time to come down for the practice.. which i'm really happy with... thank you everyone.... but hope the tickets can sell even more cos concert is really nearing.. and i'm really worried about... god do help us..!!!

and today woke up around noon and start to do my online quiz.. 2 to complete and finally is done... argh!!! can have a little rest le.. yes!!! so that's about it for the day...

In Camp Training 02 February 2009 - 14 February 2009 Part 1

just some update on me... having my in camp training at kranji camp 3... in my new unit now... service support unit and my role there is a ambulance medic.. haha... sound quite good in a way... okie... wrap up for my first week in camp...

day 1 - report at 7.30am... did not pass my hair cut.. so therefore have to cut in camp... luckily just a mild cut on my hair that's all... all the way till around 11am for everyone to finish... then lunched... have briefing in the afternoon till around 3 like that.. seating in the audi all the way till around 4.30 then the safra ppl came and have some interactive games... which i think quite bored... i myself got time off at 5pm and went for my class in the evening... so have my 2nd class business law at SP... instead of SIM... hai...

day 2 - report at 7.30am @ nee soon camp... doing my vocational training... morning CPR... then afternoon doing IV... book out at 4.30pm... early day!!!

day 3 - report at 7.30am @ nee soon camp... morning is refreshing wat is inside mop... then lunched... noon is doing single and multiple casualty thingy... book out at 5pm

day 4 - report 7.30am... at kranji camp 3... went for canteen break... rest in bunk... lunch... rest in bunk... book out at 6pm... book in at 1030pm

day 5 - morning ippt.. afternoon formation badging ceremony... left camp around 3 pm... have class in the evening again... doing marketing... after class had mahjong session at my place from 10.30pm to 4am... haha...

that's a summary of wat i did in camp... haha.. seems quite relax ya.. haha... next week is my route march and field camp liao.. dun know how will it be...

today went for band as usual.. met up my friends in the evening for dinner and went for movie... that's all for the day... super shag and tired... gonna sleep soon liao...

My Chinese New Year

Happy Chinese New Year to my friends and everyone who visit my blog :) Hope you have a good year this new year though is not very good lah.. haha... okie... jokes aside...

this year really nothing much... had my reunion dinner then there after countdown for new year... then go sleep le... too tired.. the next day went baibai at temple then visited my auntie... played a round of mahjong with my aunt... wow!!! they are real good and fast... i'm so stress... and my mom is behind me and wan to vormit seeing how i play my game... haha... lot more to learn... k... thereafter kelly, jeff and joe came over for one round of mahjong... won 1 bucks! haha... thereafter they went off to another mahjong session...

this year didn't really enjoy much and not enough mahjong playing... hai... coming monday is my in camp training liao... for 2 weeks... omg!!! stress... need to study... need to go band... really no time..

okie... today went to sec school in woodlands to promote our concert... hoping that i can get the schools support for the annual concert... waiting for the reply from the school by next week... pls pls come support... tickets sale so far i guess is not very promising... so really have to promote even more after my ICT!!!... haha....

today's band is disappointing... most of the ppl did not attend prac... hai... more or less expected so i didn't get too upset at the end of the prac... went for supper with ivan, keith, elaine, shiting, trisa, meiting, esther, jiejun, ah boon... at s11 AMK... missed those days where after band go amk for supper... really so nice... haha...

reach home and send email to school teacher about the concert details... keeping my finger cross and hope to get the reply from them soon... got to go sleep le... tomorrow have to babysit my niece and nephew... so good night everyone... :)

As chinese new year is just round the corner, and i finally finish what i need to get for my chinese new year... so now is just wait for the new year to come... seriously i haven't start packing my room... is in a mess... shall do it in the morning...

so as usual... went for band.. but before that went to meet up with my sis to get bed cover... there after went to school... the day before gav called me say that quite a number of ppl will be attending AI prac... which i already knew it... but i mention that we still have to carry on with our prac... so i am a little prepared that the attendance might not be good... but to my surprise that the attendance was not bad!!! at least i manage to have ppl from every section... i think today i have 7 clar, me, 3 flutes, 1 b clar, 2 saxes, 1 tuba, 3 eupho, 6 trombone, 3 trumpets, 4 frenchhorn, 5 percussion... i think this is not so bad...

okie... after prac met my friends at JP... went for dinner and movie... love the wedding game show... lots of laughter.. haha...

then headed home... while on my way back.. wanted to find ppl for mahjong session.. realise can't get ppl... so sad.. but it was quite spontaneous in a way that i just call them at around 10.30pm to ask them come mahjong at 11pm.. LOL!!!

so today is a long day for me... shall go catch some sleep... doing some spring cleaning of my room... and wait for the new year to come!!! :)

A Terrible Birthday This Year...

Supposely have quintet today... but i realise i have forget that it was change to friday... and now friday i might have problem going for prac...

so today went out town... realise i'm feeling very sad today... is not myself at all... i'm not enjoying very much on the special day of my life...

today went out in the evening... going to buy my new year clothes as chinese new year is coming... so realise i have to buy at least one new set for first day of new year... so went to shop around... found nothing to buy as everything are too expensive... so i'm a little disappointed and upset that i'm super broke! i have no much budget to spent... therefore i have to restraint myself by looking at the price and see what fits my bill rather than whether i do like the clothes or not...

Basically i have to buy one bermudas, jean and shoe... with the budget of $120, so top i got 1 tee and 1 polo for birthday.. so settled... so went around the shopping at town area... manage to get one berms at $45... and a leather shoe at $39.90... can't get any jeans at all... not really like what i bought but trying to wear all new so that coming year i can do better.. i'm feeling so sad and can't have a proper meal on my day...

tomorrow will be going to other place to look for my jeans... bought my old levi's jeans out tomorrow and see whether i can get the jeans within my budget... so at least i can finish what i need to buy for new year...

hai... feeling really no mood at all... i have no motivation and drive to do anything... just want to enclose myself at home... which i dun have to spent anything... hopefully my friend still can contact me next month as i have not pay any of my phone bills for past months...

sorry to sound pathetic... and i see that i dun need any sympathy.. as i chose my own fate...

Pre Celebration for my birthday

Tuesday... Pre Celebrated my birthday at this buffet restaurant with Trisa, Jac and Zi Sheng... the food i think is soso... and was quite quiet cos i think is weekdays... so not much table occupied...

saw one of my colleague having dinner there too... so i had ice cream cake from anderson... was very nice.. but i think is not cheap...

though is a small gathering... i think it was quite okie... thanks trisa for sending me back... and the rest also...

and so i have my number 8 present: Reed Case from Trisa, Jac, Mei Ting and Zi Sheng...

Love the case as mine is already very old and the outer layer is tearing... finally my reeds have new home to stay in... hehe...

Non Stop Activities!

Friday... 16.01.2009
Met up with my secondary school friends; Serena, Irene, Iris, Woon Yong + Wife for a dinner at Harbour Front Dragon Gate Restaurant. The dinner there was excellent but i think is a little costly... but then thanks for the treat from woon yong for my birthday...

We seriously had so much laughter and joke for the evening... realise we had not been so happening for such long time.. it was good and i really enjoyed the night.

there after we head home as i have to prepare my self to attend chalet at ECP. so reach home around 11+ pm start to pack my stuff and waited for my friend to come over and fetch me to the chalet.

Saturday... 17.01.2009
was at the chalet nothing much to do as many of the people will be at the chalet by early evening... so headed to the pool at goldkist beach resort. enjoying the sun and self shot again... haha...

had mac for lunch and rest in the chalet for awhile.
so we had potluck session with fried rice, otah, pizza, salad, sandwiches, and many more...

manage to play some games where i have prepare the day before... it was fun... do hope the rest enjoyed the games. :)

so celebrated my birthday though is coming wed... had my ice cream cake as usual... so delicious :) then chit chat a little then most of the ppl head home at around 11+... so it was not really that spontaneous... but is still quite fun afterall...

Went to beach side had beer and just enjoyed the sea breeze... is so nice! i always love the beach that much...

reach home at around 6am in the morning... had 3.5hours of sleep and get change to go to esplanade as i am the stage manager for the evening concert.. before that headed over to greenwood pri for the cc event... thanks karen, thomas and trisa to be there for the cc event... was extremely a disappointment as we did not make any sales during that event... really have to find more ppl to come for the concert... i'm super worried...
so said goodbye to them and start travel to cityhall... was getting hungry and late... decided to buy bread for lunch... once i reached esplanade... i have to liaise with the production crew and SU to see how to arrange the stage for the orchestra...

So i shall not go into detail for the work i did... ultimately the most important thing was the concert is a success... so there after met up with trisa meiting and esther for supper at yishun HK restaurant... then headed home...

i;m super shag.. and woke up in the afternoon... got to go school very soon... today is the first day of my class... is weird that i will be heading to SP for my lesson instead of SIM... doesn't matter...

A day at East Coast Park Bladding...

Woke up early morning and met up with andy and wenjing at amk... fetched me over to ECP and started with bladding...

We had lots of fun bladding... not bad for andy to endure for so long since the blade was 'good'... haha... dun be annoyed... get one next time round :)

we skate all the way to this sunset bar which was far end of the ECP... not long ivan and elaine joined us... ivan was good... he seriously skate so fast that i have hard time catching up with him... really wish i can improve with my skating...

so back and fro to mac... i'm super shag... and my legs are wobbling... haha...

there after met up my friends chit chat and talk... then decided to catch movie... ponyo.... okie loh the show... cos i dun really fancy jap animation... so i'm okie with the show...

Nothing much over the weekend... woke up late and there after heading to school for practise... i'm really happy and surprise that the band started on time and there were so many ppl turn up for the practise... i'm really so happy... is a good start for the year 2009 yeah!!!

now only trumpet and clarinet are the section that i'm worried on... short of ppl... hopefully i can see more ppl coming down for the practise...

i can't wait for the concert to come and hope to have a successful concert...
